Administered by the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO) its stated purpose is to provide training, technical skills and technology experience for workers from developing economies like India.

- Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or more
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant areas
- Citizenship: Should be Indian Citizen
Under our TITP program we will help you find a job in your field of interest and get placed in a Japanese company.
You can earn approx. 1,00,000 JPY as a part of TITP.
You can work in Japan for upto 5 years.
After entering Japan, the TITP trainee must undergo Japanese language and culture training operated by the supervising organisation. The training is usually 1-2 months but may vary.
Technical Intern Training is a status of residence for receiving training, but Specified Skilled Worker is a status of residence for working.
The caregiver program is for those interested in working as a caregiver under TITP. It is a 10 month course, comprising 2 modules - Caregiver Training and Japanese Language Training. Akal Japanese Academy only provides Japanese Language Training.

SSW or specified skilled worker is a status of residence under which foreign nationals can work in Japan.
Those who are at least 18 years of age and have considerable knowledge or experience in the field they choose to work in can apply for SSW.
To qualify for SSW, the candidates must pass a skills proficiency test and a Japanese language test (JLPT N4 or A2 level of Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese). Those who have completed 3 years of Technical Intern Training are exempted from these exams. Candidates for Nursing Care must complete the Nursing Care Japanese Language Proficiency Test in addition to the aforementioned test.
Currently, only the Nursing Care Skills test is available in India.
The candidates must pass the nursing skills proficiency test and a Japanese language test (JLPT N4 or A2 level of Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese).
