On the 30th of August, 2021, Akal Japanese Academy successfully hosted a webinar from Japan for candidates who are interested in working or studying in Japan.
Titled “Career Opportunities In Japan,” the web-based seminar was hosted by the one and only, Mr. Ando Makato, our Overseas Student Counselor and we are glad to report that quite a good number of candidates joined it.
Japan, due to its chronic labor shortage brought on by the declining birth rate and shrinking working-age population, is actively seeking skilled foreign professionals. So, the chances of finding employment in Japan is quite high for Indians who want to work for reputed companies such as Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Toshiba, Nintendo, Toyota, Subaru, and many more.
To rectify the issue of the labor shortage, the Japanese government has joined hands with several other countries to train and send foreign talents to Japan. The Government of India and Japan have joined forces to provide the best training for Indians who wish to study or work in Japan.
Bearing this in mind, our webinar focused on topics that will educate candidates about what to expect if they ever decide to fill up the amazing job opportunities available in Japan along with the processes they would have to go through.
Ando San inspired and motivated many of the participants as he talked about the career opportunities in Japan, study programs, living expenses, etc.

Our first webinar was done on the 2nd of October, 2020, and we plan to continue hosting it as many times as we can to keep those who want to migrate to Japan informed about new opportunities.
